The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, thanks to the diligent housekeeping staff. The friendly and polite front desk staff were always ready to assist us with any request or question we had. We enjoyed the convenience of the on-site restaurant, which served delicious meals that we even had delivered to our room a few times. Additionally, the laundry service provided by the hotel was very reasonable, and our clothes came back fresh and well taken care of.

The hotel room was spacious and clean, but unfortunately, the heaters didn't work properly, making it chilly inside. the restaurant provided tasty dishes, and staff members were friendly. the swimming pool was always busy, so there was no chance to unwind there. the location was convenient too, but warning, the floors were extremely slippery, and few places had the railing.

The lack of safety measures like wet floors and no handrails on stairs made it dangerous.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was so friendly; Silvia, our housekeeper, kept our room spotless and fulfilled any request we had. The young man at the front desk was also very helpful and polite, always greeting us warmly. I loved ordering food from the restaurant on-site, and the cleaning staff even washed our clothes twice for a very reasonable price. The hotel facilities were fantastic, and the rooms were a good size and very clean.

The location was perfect for our Easter getaway, just a short walk to the town center and local attractions. The room was spotless and comfortable, with lovely views from the balcony. We loved the on-site restaurant, the food was fresh and tasty.

The pool was meant to be a highlight, but the water temperature was too cold for us to enjoy it during our stay. Also, the reception staff could be more attentive and responsive to guests' requests. We had some issues at check-in and check-out, and the communication with staff was a bit frustrating.
